SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING
The delivery time for each order will depend on the customer's location. Mi Luxury is located in Madrid, Spain.

While shipping is free, we only ship to the EU region. You will receive the bag at your doorstep.
The bag will be delivered by courier and you can track it at any time. Shipping costs to other regions will be calculated separately. Please use the EMS website to determine your shipping costs: www.EMS.com

Standard shipping: 2 to 4 days

All our bags are photographed and video recorded before and after a reservation, ensuring their optimal condition and care.

The rental period begins when you receive the bag and ends when the initially selected periodhas expired, when it is picked up by the carrier.

RETURNS
All bags must be returned on the date, place, and time initially agreed upon. If the customer prefers, they can return the bag by visiting the carrier's office indicated by Mi Luxury.

All bags must be returned with the accessories provided at the time of rental, such as: care instructions, box, Mi Luxury dust bag, and the bag filling, which is used to maintain its shape.

If the return is not made on the agreed date, we will charge the corresponding amount for the extra days to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
