Terms and Conditions

Loss or Theft
If the rented bag is lost or stolen during the rental period, the renter will be responsible for compensating up to the original full retail value of the bag.

Damage Policy
Bags must be returned in the same condition as when rented. If the bag is returned with noticeable damage (e.g., stains, scratches, tears, broken hardware), a repair or cleaning fee will be charged. If the damage is beyond repair, the renter may be charged a compensation fee based on the severity of the damage, up to the original retail value of the bag.

Return Condition
Bags must be returned clean, without new odors (e.g., smoke, perfume, food), and with all accessories (e.g., dust bag, strap, lock/key if included). Missing accessories may result in a replacement fee.

Late Return
If the return is not made on the agreed date, we will charge the corresponding amount for the extra days to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds
All rentals are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. Please double-check your rental dates before placing an order.

VIP Membership purchases are also non-refundable and cannot be canceled once processed. By purchasing a VIP Membership, you agree to commit for the full membership term. No partial refunds will be issued.

Agreement to Terms
By renting a bag, the renter agrees to all the policies outlined above.
