Who can rent a bag?

Only individuals residing in Europe are eligible to rent bags. (Free shipping is available within Spain.)

Bag Rental Requirements

To rent a bag, you must register on our website and provide your ID or passport, address, and a valid payment method.

Why is a deposit or identity verification required?

Due to the high value of our rental items, a security deposit and ID verification are required. We may also request additional documents, such as a utility bill, to confirm your address.

Theft or Loss Policy

You agree to take all necessary precautions to prevent the theft or loss of the bag.

If such an incident occurs, the first step is to file a formal police report — this is essential for initiating a claim with our insurance provider.

You must also notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, including the date, time, location, and a copy of the police report.

Please note:

If a bag is lost or damaged beyond repair, our insurer will cover 15% of the bag’s value, and you will be responsible for the remaining 85% to replace it.

Bag Care Agreement

You agree to take all necessary precautions to avoid any damage or deterioration to the bag.

In the event of an incident, do not attempt to clean or repair the bag yourself. Please contact us immediately- we will handle the situation.

To help preserve the bag’s condition for future renters, we kindly ask you to avoid contact with substances such as:

perfume, makeup, oils or grease, alcohol (including sanitizers), water, humidity, heat, sharp objects, and impacts.

These can all damage the integrity of the bag.

When not in use, please store the bag with its original packaging and stuffing to prevent deformation and ensure full protection.

Extending Your Rental

If you’d like to keep the bag longer, we can review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Hygiene & Presentation

At MiLuxury, we follow a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol before and after each rental to ensure every bag arrives in like-new condition.

As a guarantee, your bag will be delivered in a secure, sealed, and labeled package.

Rental Limit

You may rent one bag at a time. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.
